Makes me Smile....

When we were in Spain recently, I smiled every time I saw this man hole cover.  And as we walked MILES around Granada, I saw it often!  


I know it's just the cable service and I know it's just a manhole cover, but it's clever marketing at work in a logo...that creature has a long cable like tongue...it's memorable and suggests a slightly eco friendly approach. And it makes me happy!

    Cute! It made me smile all the more as it reminded me of a manhole cover we spotted in the Czech Republic, a few years ago, which said VOD-KA!
